- A wandering beggar; a vagrant.
- A vicious and solitary animal, especially an elephant that has separated itself from its herd.
adjective

verb
- To defraud.
- To remove (diseased or abnormal specimens) from a group of plants of the same variety.
All of those definitions aptly define the city to which that single word is devoted to. While there are no elephants (that i can recall) there are plenty of criminals, hostile civilians, destructive tendencies, and of course the police force dedicated to putting an end to the chaos. With the election of a new mayor who has pledge to reform the city the police force goes into double time trying to bring the source of the so called rebellion to an end. But when half the police force is made up of crooked cops and the city is filled to the brink with criminals, druggies, and the like there is no doubt that a reform could only spell disaster. Then things really get heated up when the news of the long awaited war between the mombas & the vipers starts hitting the news stands. The rebellion becomes a way of life and everyone's on there toes as the entire city gets pushed to the limit. When an entire tire city is on the brink of destruction who could ever hope to make it out alive.
